The 1st XI travelled to Arbroath on Saturday with the weather threatening  but the match was completed as scheduled but unfortunately with the 1sts 167 for 6 in the allotted 50 overs proving insufficient as Arbroath passed the total comfortably in the 38th over.  The highpoint was Andy Appleton scoring 88 his highest score of the season.

This coming weekend sees another trip to Angus for the 1sts against Forfarshire at Forthill.
